‘Playa Hater’ is taken from Biggie’s sophomore album ‘Life After Death’.  When I first heard this track I could not stop laughing, and Puffy’s contribution kills me every time. I’m just sorry that Biggie didn’t live to make a video for this track, and to drop it as a single.  Reading some of the comments on YouTube it’s clear that ‘Playa Hater’ has gone over some folk’s heads (how I do not know). DJ AM and Travis Barker Former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM were critically injured Friday night after a Learjet crashed in South Carolina, killing four other people. Two plane crew members and two passengers were slain in the accident just before midnight following an performance. While out styling and profiling Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs failed to spot the steaming pile of dog doo doo on the pavement and stepped right in it. It couldn’t have happened to a more deserving person 🙂 I really don’t know how they both (especially his security) missed it…. LOL!!! Motown songwriter and producer Norman Whitfield, whose credits include hits I Heard It Through The Grapevine and War, has died in Los Angeles. Whitfield – believed to be 67 – worked at the legendary label in the ’60s and ’70s, adding a rock edge to soul music.
