Several weeks ago Channel 4 and production company Acme brought viewers the documentary ‘My Crazy New Jamaican Life’, in honour of ‘Black History Month’. ‘My Crazy New Jamaican Life’ (which was originally going to called ‘Yardie Wives’) focused on two English women,Debbie and Holly who ‘are each immersed in or passionate about Jamaican culture, from X-rated bashment styles to food, patois or having a family with a Jamaican-born man’. TOY MAKERS CEASE PRODUCTION OF ‘DJANGO UNCHAINED’ “ACTION FIGURES” AFTER BACKLASH

Well.. well… It looks like toy makers and the Weinsteins have bowed down to pressure from civil rights activists and ceased production of the controversial slave dolls of characters from Quentin Tarantino’s hit spaghetti western/blaxploitation film Django Unchained. Django Unchained tells the tale of a former slave (Django) who travels across  America to find his wife (Broomhilda), and is desperate to free her from slavery at the hands of an evil  plantation owner. UK NEWS / UK TV: X-FACTOR JUDGE CHERYL COLE “ORDERED TO AXE CONTESTANT OVER VISA STATUS”

“Sources” claim that  the “nations sweet heart” Cheryl Cole was told to axe X-Factor contestant Gamu Nhengu because of her immigration status. 18-year-old Gamu originally from Zimbabwe moved to Scotland 8 years ago and according to “insiders” the Home Office has not renewed her Visa yet. On Sunday night millions watched as Cheryl put Cher Lloyd and Katie Waissel through to the live show stage, even though both “singers” failed miserably during their auditions .
