Photograph: Via Bashy.com The The Mercury Newspaper reports that rapper Bashy will be visiting Greenwich to seek out the talents of rising young stars, as part of the Olympic legacy programme. The rapper will be at the Greenwich Heritage Centre on The Royal Arsenal site from Tuesday to Friday (July 14th – July 17th), as part of the CREATE09 Festival. Andrew over at The Worst Kept Secret pointed out today that even though street dance troupe Diversity took home ‘The Britain’s Got Talent’ crown last night, it’s runner up Susan Boyle’s face that can be seen splashed across the front pages of all the newspapers today. Congratulations goes out to street dance troupe Diversity, winners of Britain’s Got Talent 2009. The troupe take home a cheque for £100,000 and will perform in front of the Queen at The Royal Variety Performance. Susan Boyle came in second place. Check out Diversity’s winning performance below. Britain’s Got Talent semi-final contestant Hollie Steel (10) took to the stage last night and this is what happened…. The first ever live semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent took place last night (May 24th) on ITV 1. Susan Boyle (no surprise here) and dance troupe Diversity have both made it to the final. 10 year old singer Natalie Okri lost out to Diversity, burst in to tears and then was more or less pushed off the stage to make way for the finalists.
