Based on the novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire, critically acclaimed film ‘Precious’ starring Mo’Nique, Paula Patton, Gabourey Sidibe, Lenny Kravitz and Mariah Carey will be released across America on the 6th November (no word on a UK release date yet). Directed by Lee Daniels, the Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry backed film is also receiving some Oscar buzz.
The single I Got Soul has been recorded to raise money for the charity War Child and features Tinchy Stryder, N-dubz, Pixie Lott, Kid British, V V Brown, amongst others. The track and the ‘dance’ has been a huge underground success and now we finally have a video to accompany the track, complete with UK A-lister guest cameos. The film will be released in the UK on September 9th.
