Actor Christian Bale called in to a radio station this morning and apologised for his on set meltdown, which was taped on the set of the up and coming movie ‘Terminator: Salvation’ last July, and was later leaked so that the entire world could hear it.  Awwwww… he does sound really sorry. UK NEWS: CAROL THATCHER THINKS THIS TENNIS PLAYER LOOKS LIKE A GOLLIWOG….

As reported in a previous post , Carol Thatcher (daughter of former Prime Minister Margeret Thatcher), was sensionationally fired from the BBC’s ‘One Show’ today after she said a tennis player looked like a ‘Golliwog’. Carol was referring to French player Gael Monfils, who was recently knocked out of the Australian Open. Ok so he shares the same hair style as the doll in the pic above (LOL!!!) but apart from that I don’t see any resemblance….. Oh Carol… LOL!!!!!!! Your thoughts please……

50 CENT JUST DOESN’T KNOW WHEN TO STOP!!!

Fiddy has gone too far now… He is really out to destroy Rick Ross. In his continuing ‘beef’ with fellow rapper Rick Ross, Fiddy has managed to rope in the mother of Rick’s son Tiallondra “Tia” Kemp. Tiallonda… Tia… whatever your name is, you are one SAD woman!!! A non entity clearly desperate for your 15 minutes of fame. And guess what folks? Tia will be releasing a book soon called ‘Tia’s Diary : Deeper than Rap’, telling of her struggles as []

JENNIFER HUDSON SINGS THE US NATIONAL ANTHEM AT SUPERBOWL 2009

Singer/actress Jennifer Hudson performed for the first time on Saturday (January 31st), since the brutal slayings of her mother, brother and nephew. The star sang a fantastic rendition of the US national anthem ‘The Star Spangled. Banner’. It’s good to have you back Jennifer. This question is for my US based readers…What is the name of the attractive player featured from mark 0.13 – 0.18 ???? Is he single????

VH1 DIVAS SPECIAL (2003) -WHITNEY HOUSTON AND BOBBY BROWN’S LIVE PERFORMANCE (THE NIGHT WHITNEY’S VOICE GAVE UP AND DIED)

I remember watching the 2003 ‘VH1 Divas’, and shaking my head in disbelief. Whitney Houston performed with her now ex-husband Bobby Brown and sounded absolutely atrocious. Here was proof that her once beautiful/powerful voice had been shot to pieces thanks to excessive drug and alcohol abuse. But I was in denial. I refused to believe that Whitney had lost it. I kept saying, ‘no that isn’t Whitney Houston. That isn’t the woman I grew up listening to and admiring. That woman up []

INAUGURATION LIVE PERFORMANCE: SHERYL CROW, WILL.I.AM AND HERBIE HANCOCK BUTCHER ‘ONE LOVE’

I missed this live performance at last weeks historical inauguration event so thanks Nessa for bringing it to my attention. Herbie, Will.i.am (another one who gets under my skin) and Sheryl decided to perform the Bob Marley classic ‘One Love’ and BUTCHERED the track. I know that Herbie is a musical legend but what the HELL was he playing at the start???? The man was playing the wrong keys! Sheryl can sing but she really shouldn’t try to attempt to sing this particular song ever again. I am not even going to []

VIDEO OF THE DAY: THE JAPANESE JUST LOVE THAT REGGAE DANCEHALL

In Japan, Jamaican Reggae/Dancehall music is HUGE!!!! And if you don’t believe me then just watch this. The footage below was filmed at an event that took place last year, in Osaka Japan. I remember back in the 90s when it was thought that if  the Reggae art form wanted to achieve international success/popularity (Like Rap/Hip Hop has) then it’s artists had to make the move to America and then sign to  major labels. Label executives (who knew nothing about the genre/culture) would then team up reggae artists with Hip Hop/R&B acts and attempt to water down []
