MADONNA LOSES ADOPTION BID

Madonna’s application to adopt a second child from Malawi has been rejected, according to court sources.  Madonna’s Malawi Adoption Is ‘Denied’ The pop star will not be allowed to adopt three-year-old Mercy James, ruled the High Court in the capital, Lilongwe. Court registrar Ken Manda said the singer’s bid to adopt the girl – previously believed to be aged four – had been rejected because Madonna is not a resident of Malawi. I have a feeling that this is just one big joke. I mean what rapper in this day and age would admit to being beat down and then pose for pictures, showing off his bruised and cut face? Rapper Jim Jones’ latest album Pray IV Reign (EI/Columbia/Sony) has entered the Billboard album chart at No.9 and sold 43,000 (first week sales). Keri Hilson’s debut album In a Perfect World went in at No. 4 and sold 94,000 (first weeks sales). Jim sold more when he was just signed solely to an independent label. It hurts me to say this but to be brutally honest I think his album will be out of the top 10 come next week. I know her last album struggled to do as well as she hoped, but I never actually saw this coming…. Former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland has reportedly been dropped by her record label, just months after firing her manager, father of her former bandmate, Beyonce Knowles. DAMON DASH’S WIFE FILES FOR DIVORCE

It’s been reported that Rachel Roy, the wife of Damon ‘Bruk Pocket’ Dash, has filed for divorce. According to an electronic record obtained by The New York Daily News fashion designer Roy is aware of Dash’s bruk pocket status as the divorce is for “non monetary relief”.
