Ladies and gentleman I give you Barack Obama, the 44th President the United States of America. 🙂 I am so proud right now. But now the hard work REALLY begins! *Did anyone see the footage of The Rev Jesse Jackson crying?* Photograph: Getty Rev Jesse Jackson sheds tears after Barack Obama’s election win is announced.

Former Spice Girl Mel B (Melenie Brown) really should be prevented from entering a recording studio. ‘Who’s Is It’ produced by Scott Storch is an absolute mess! I actually like Mel B but singing isn’t her forte. Just leave it a lone Mel….. Your thoughts please……..

I never thought that I would see the possibility of this happening in my life time. I never thought that he would actually get this far. It’s only just starting to sink in that in a couple of days time Barack Obama could be President. I am excited and a little anxious ……. People are saying that he has already won the race to the White House, but lets not count our chickens before they’ve hatched folks. There could be a huge upset on the horizon. The Americans might experience a […]

“J.Z. [sic] knows the truth, but he chose sides with evil in order to be accepted in the corporate world,” Prodigy writes. “J.Z. conceals the truth from the black community and the world and promotes the lifestyle of the beast instead.” Continue Reading…… Prodigy isn’t the first person to accuse Jay-Z of this…… Could it be true?

Loyal reader The Real NV said something the other day that got me thinking. He said I should give UK rapper and BET Best UK Hip Hop winner Giggs “a chance”, after I posted a clip of him in the studio recording a track, and then promptly went on to slate the rapper. After some thought I decided that perhaps I was being overly critical and not being fair to the South London based emcee. NV was right, I needed to give the man a chance. Us South Londoners should support each other. […]

UK MUSIC: THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY N-DUBZ – ‘PAPA’ I do respect N-Dubz’s hustle. The group has been persevering together for 10 years and recently saw a change in their fortunes, thanks to their “strange” blend of R&B/Hip Hop. Now on to the track… I actually like the female vocalist’s voice (for some reason), but other than that ‘Papa’, a track that explores the subject matter of death and loss, sounds weak and badly produced. And don’t even get me started on the other the top/”highly emotional” rapping………. I am […]
