I remember when The Box Television first debuted in the UK in 1992.

Back then the channel used to feature the best in Hip Hop, Reggae and R&B (from both sides of the Atlantic). The channel actually focused more on featuring black music back then, but this all changed when EMAP purchased the channel in the late 90s.

Anyway The Box is where I first came across the London Posse and the track ‘How’s Life In London’ back in ’92/93′.

I loved it then and still love it now.

Note: For those who don’t know (all you youngsters out there) 1xtra radio personality Rodney P was a member of the London Posse.
