Female Hip Hop duo The Cookie Crew hailed from Clapham South West London, and were pretty big back in the late 80s. They also enjoyed some success Stateside.

I remember in 1989 I was working at Downstairs Records in New York City USA. When they came in for a in store signing. This was during the N.M.S . Later that night we met up at a club called Mars where we took this pic.
