According to Gyant over at Sohh.com Nelly’s latest album ‘Brass Knuckles’ is about to bomb. A Universal source disclosed the following information.  “The estimate as of today is around 43k copies sold in the United States.” When I think about Nelly’s past astronomical first week sales, and then look at the first week sales figure above for his fourth album I feel to weep for him.  Sign of the times I guess…. After her first solo album flopped and she was subsequently dropped from her label (Polydor), singer Alesha Dixon has been given a second chance via Asylum Records…. Via BBC News Strictly Come Dancing champion Alesha Dixon says she feels “blessed” to be releasing a solo album after previously being dropped by her record label. MASSIVE DIAMOND FOUND IN SOUTH AFRICA

Miners in Lesotho have discovered a huge gem stone which may become the largest ever polished diamond. The stone weighs 478 carats and is the 20th largest rough diamond ever found, said Gem Diamonds. The company said the uncut rock was recovered recently from the Letseng mine, owned by the company in Lesotho. The diamond, which is as yet unnamed, has the potential to yield a 150 carat cut stone, and could sell for tens of millions of dollars, the company said.  […]
