The Evening Standard reports that Madonna is to take her adopted Malawian children David and Mercy, to meet their biological families. A source said the children “can proudly show off their dance skills and meet their relatives”. ………………………………………… I don’t know whether to laugh or cry at the source’s alleged quote. I bet their families can’t wait to see those Vogue moves. Anyway I would love to be a fly on the wall during those meetings.

Singer Akon has created his own scent called Konvict, and the bottle is “imaginatively” shaped like a handcuff. Via Luxist and Rhymes With Snitch Konvict Femme combines notes of lemon and mandarin with vanilla and almond musk. Konvict Homme has fresh notes of bergamot and lemon with an earthy base of sandalwood and cedar. Check out the sneak peak footage of Estelle’s up and coming video for her new single Freak, featuring Kardinal Offishall. Freak sounds like a late 80s / early 90s dance track. As for the video… Estelle sporting a black boot polish look, complete with bright red glossy lipstick……….. hmmmmm interesting…….. I’ve never paid much attention too Kardinal Offishall. Is he Canadian?  Anyway, I look forward to watching the video in its entirety.

The Guardian reports today that AKON will present a weekly Saturday evening show on 95.8  Capital FM. The singer will present his first show this Saturday between 7pm and 9pm.
