Via The Evening Standard A 10 year old Nigerian girl who attempted suicide after being detained in a Gatwick immigration centre for a second time has been released with her mother on the orders of Home Secretary Alan Johnson. Adeoti Ogunsola and her mother will appeal to stay in Britain. Click here to read more about this story. This is just terrible. Sadly though the chances of them being able to stay here on a permanent basis are still pretty slim.

Why would they even think to include Nicki Minaj???? It’s complete and utter madness! The woman cannot rap! I’m sorry but cold hard cash and bodily fluids had to have been exchanged behind closed doors for this to have happened.

British reggae artist Maxi Priest has been completely off the radar for sometime now. So let me be the first to congratulate him on his return back into the media’s spotlight. Via Entertainment Daily British reggae star MAXI PRIEST has been arrested for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend. No longer on a one woman quest to rid the African continent of it’s children, superstar Madonna flew in to Malawi and donned dark shades yesterday as she marked the construction of a new school for girls. Anyone would think Queen Elizabeth II was paying the country a visit… Would it not have made more sense to wait until the building is actually standing and then mark it’s opening??? Anyway well done Madge!

Singer Amy Winehouse attended the 2009 Q Awards last night (26th Oct), which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Waste Woman Winehouse also showed off her recently surgically enhanced breasts and was accompanied by her protégé/”god-daughter” 13 year old singer Dionne Bromfield. I question the sanity of Dionne’s parents. They are just asking for trouble and a visit from Social Services (if they can be bothered). I’m sorry but all I see is warning lights up ahead. Amy with her 13 year old “god-daughter” Dionne Bromfield who looks a lot […]

1990s R&B groups Jodeci and H-Town have teamed up on the new track Knockin Your Heels Off. The track isn’t bad (even though it sounds a little dated) but the close up Devante distracted me.. WHAT HAPPENED???? Rest In Peace H-Town’s original lead singer Dino Connor. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?

UK Rapper Sway Dasafo went from being a successful independent artist to moving up in the world and signing to Akon’s label Konvict Music. But since signing to Konvict, Sway’s music/image seems to have gone down a different route. Pre-Konvict Post-Konvict I guess Akon’s attempts to turn him in to the UK’s “Mr Lover Man” bothered Sway judging from this message he posted on his Twitter page today.. after careful consideration and observation of the current UK music industry, I’ve decided, to return to the old me. Watch. Hmmmmm…interesting….. i’ll be watching Sway! Silver & Gold sounds like the type of […]
