18-year-old former Olympics Ambassador Chelsea Ives, who met London mayor Boris Johnson as part of her Olympic role for Waltham Forest council has been sentenced to two years in prison for rioting and looting during the London riots. This news shocked me this evening…. Hip Hop star Heavy D (real name Dwight Arrington Myers ) has died at the age of 44. TMZ reports, Heavy D had just returned from shopping and walked up some stairs when he began having trouble breathing. Former heavyweight boxing champion ‘Smokin’ Joe Frazier has died after a brief fight with liver cancer. Frazier was diagnosed with liver cancer last month and was later admitted to a hospice where he died. He was 67 years old. …. Rest In Peace Joe Frazier.

The UK Film council reports that highly anticipated “URBAN” films ‘SKET’ and ‘Demons Never Die’ pulled in the following figures (October 28th weekend gross). ‘Demons Never Die’ opened in 121 cinemas and has grossed £29,464 to date. ‘SKET’ opened in 66 cinemas and has grossed £70,299 to date.
