Jade Goody’s cancer has spread further than expected, doctors have discovered during an eight-hour operation to remove her womb. Medics who carried  out the hysterectomy found that the cancer had reached “Stage Three” – a term used to describe when it has moved beyond the womb. An eight-hour operation in which reality TV star Jade Goody had a hysterectomy “went well”, her publicist Max Clifford has said. “She’s got the best people looking after her,” he added, as the 27-year-old remained in intensive care at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London. R&B star Estelle leads the way at this year’s Music of Black Origin (Mobo) Awards with five nominations. An Asian man who killed his BNP activist neighbour in a dispute has been jailed for eight years. Habib Khan, 50, of Stoke-on-Trent, was convicted in May of the manslaughter of 52-year-old Keith Brown whom he stabbed with a kitchen knife last year. Mr Khan’s son, Kazir Saddique, was sentenced to a year in prison and a year on licence after admitting the unlawful wounding of Mr Brown’s son. A teenager shot dead in a supermarket was an innocent bystander caught in crossfire, police have said. The 18-year-old was killed in the Costcutter store in Walworth, south-east London on Wednesday night. Officers said he was with family members when he was shot as two men tried to force their way past him while trying to get away from someone.
