NEW MUSIC: ALEXANDRA BURKE FT FLO-RIDA – ‘BAD BOYS’

When I first spotted this promo shot of Alexandra on the front cover of The Daily Mirror several days ago I thought it was Ciara. Anyway…. X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke’s debut single Bad Boys premiered on Chris Moyles’ BBC Radio 1 breakfast show today and it’s what I expected – poppy and geared towards the mainstream pre-teen /teen market. Bad Boys with assistance from Flo-Rida will therefore be a huge hit worldwide! However the track does sound like it should have been released circa 97 / 98.  But it is actually quite catchy. []

NEW MUSIC: JAY-Z FT DRAKE – ‘OFF THAT’

Taken from Jay-Z’s “HIGHLY ANTICIPATED” forthcoming album ‘Blue Print 3’, the single ‘Off That’ produced by Timbaland is actually quite good. For some reason it takes me back to the Jay of old. I like it and will give it the thumbs up. Anyway click HERE to listen. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
