A 15-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of 15-year-old school girl Shereka Fab-Ann Marsh. Shereka was fatally shot in the neck on Saturday (March 22) at a house in Hackney Wick. The teen will appear today (March 24) at Stratford Magistrates Court. Two 16-year-old boys previously arrested on suspicion of her murder have been released without charge. … This news saddens and sickens me. Dorothy ‘Cherry’ Groce was shot and paralysed from the waist down after armed police raided her home looking for her son. This incident sparked the 1985 Brixton riots . After 30 years the Metropolitan police has grudgingly apologised to the family of Cherry Groce for the shooting.
