TMZ reports that the man behind the controversial Kony 2012 campaign and co-founder of the charity Invisible Children was arrested yesterday for allegedly masturbating in public.
Witnesses said that Jason Russell could be seen running around naked and making sexual gestures.
Invisible Children’s chief executive Ben Keesey said in a statement,
“Jason Russell was unfortunately hospitalised suffering from exhaustion, dehydration and malnutrition. He is now receiving medical care and is focused on getting better.
The past two weeks have taken a severe emotional toll on all of us and that toll manifested itself in an unfortunate incident yesterday. Jason’s passion and his work have done so much to help so many and we are are devastated to see him dealing with this personal health issue.”
When the Kony 2012 campaign first went viral everyone (including A-list celebrities) jumped all over it and the vibe was positive. But then people started asking questions, did their own research and then questioned Jason and his organisation’s motives.
It sounds like the backlash and the intense scrutiny just got on top of Jason in the end.
I still have my suspicions when it comes to the whole Kony 2012 viral campaign but it saddens me to see a fellow human being have a very public breakdown like this.

Jason Russell = JewISH. I hope that you Negroes are taking notes, that these JewISH people always seem to be hovering around anything to do with blacks. I also hope that people are at least beginning to view this continually reoccurring involuntary interaction between the Negro and JewISH people as strange or at least suspicious.
