British host of the US X-Factor Steve Jones has announced on Twitter last night that he won’t be returning to host a second season of the show.
He wrote,
“I wont be hosting next seasons X-Factor which is a shame but I cant complain as I’ve had a great time. Good luck to everyone on the show.”
And rumour has it that judge Nicole Scherzinger won’t be returning either.
The smugness is slowly being wiped off Simon Cowell’s face. All his shows are suffering which explains why he has raced back to the UK to sit on the judges panel on this year’s Britain’s Got Talent. He believes his presence will save the show.
I think people are now just bored of the same old talent show format.
As for Steve Jones… I guess it’s back to good old Britain and T4 on Sunday.
Speaking of T4 does anyone know what former presenter June Sarpong is doing now???

Steve Jones definitely wasn’t suited for the role….very stiff and he needed to extend his vocabularly.
Those white folks will always land on their feet, regardless of being sacked, fired, absent, let go, resign, you name it. They will always go on to bigger and better things – watch this space.
Steve Jones wasn’t all that on the show… I love that Simon brings in the brits when he takes these concepts abroad, but unfortunately, it just doesn’t work. He’s the only Brit they are into. FYI June Sarpong is now permanently based in the US now and runs her own organisation http://www.wiesymposium.org/.
yea it’s true they will always land on their feet….but seriously guys where on earth are our diverse presenters..can we at least get ONE JUST ONE black prime time presenter flipping itv are the worse bastards for this…for a while it felt like all the presenting jobs went to holly willoby, philip scofield, bradley walsh, vernon kay etc etc etc i mean where are the black/asian people?? ESPECIALLY WOMEN kmt
poor steve:(
Those teeth of his look like plastic. This had as much charisma as my pet cat. they were feeding him his line thru a microphone in his ears and half of the time he was staring at the public like a deer in a headlight. He was just bland , boring, dull , annoying .
