CBS News reports that file-sharing website Megaupload has been shut down by federal prosecutors, and it’s employees have been indicted. Producer and husband of singer Alicia Keys Swizz Beatz is the website’s CEO. According to Forbes Swizz Beatz (real name Kasseem Dean) is not CEO of Megaupload and was not charged in the investigation. His lawyer, Ira P. “Star” of the ridiculous “structured” reality show Desperate Scousewives Layla Flaherty, spent last night touring London’s “high end” night clubs. Photographs via The Mail Seeing as most nightclubs in the West End operate a ‘no blacks’ policy (unless you are a well known rapper or a footballer) I’m surprised they were allowed inside the premises.

Last week the nominations for this year’s Brit Awards were announced (Click here to view list).
