Actor Adam Deacon (28) announced on Twitter today that he has become an official ambassador for the youth charity The Prince’s Trust.
Wow, I had no idea that Prince Charles was such a big Anuvahood fan.
Not only has Adam become BBC Television/Radio’s official spokesperson and go to person when it comes to the subject matter of “URBAN” youth he is now also in with royalty.
I am impressed. Congrats Adam.

It’s true Adam has now become the acceptable go to face when the topic of discussion relates to the Britain’s black community. Newsflash Adam isn’t black. Only in the UK can this happen.
How does he plan on making a difference in his role as ambassador?
@Minx I hear you. Imagine my surprise when I heard that Eddie Nestor had invited him on to his radio talk show to discuss the Stephen Lawrence situation. Why didnt he invite men on like Tim Campbell, or rappers like Ty or Akala? It made no sense.
I disagree Minx, he is the go-to-guy in regards to inner city youth. As much as the media would like to portray otherwise, inner city youth is a melee of races and cultures.
I agree with Minx & Shanna he is not Black and it is so typical for them to choose a non Black. That is just how i see it! He’s the face of everything urban.,…please! What has he really done! Now that he made it so to speak…he doesn’t really need any other Black…..hmmmmm! But he’s not stupid… It’s bigger than just what is being said. Another way to not focus on Black people who really represent the true essence of the urban scene. Yeah why not Ty, Akala or Karl Nova?? It’s all about the white face!! And i did hear him on the UK Black show on BBC… HMMMMMMMM…was not impressed!
