The "nations sweetheart" / convicted batterer of a toilet attendant Cheryl Cole
Last week it was announced that the ‘nation’s sweetheart”/convicted batterer of a toilet attendant Cheryl Cole, had collapsed during a fashion shoot and rushed to hospital. The ‘star’ had contracted malaria.
As you can imagine the nation held its breath!
But thankfully Saint Cheryl is now making good progress, on the road to recovery, and now one of her die-hard fans Kirsty Fascione is appealing to us to help stop malaria by sending a £10 net to protect kids in honor of Cheryl.
Kirsty also informed the world via Twitter that she “just emailed a malaria charity to see if we would be able to start-up a fund in Cheryl’s name. They are going to get back to us asap x”.
A fund in Cheryl’s name…..
*Huge sigh*

Cant believe people are going OTT on the fact that she got Maleria. Firstly you are supposed to take medz to protect you from getting it. Guess someone in her entourage “the one that is supposed to carry the bag of pills” is some joining the job seekers Q. as the nation weeps and looks for who to blame. Malaria is very serious, kills a lot of people in developing countries anything done to raise awareness and funds for the cause I welcome…jus dislike the fact that people are going on as if she is the first person to ever get it.

i just wanted to say it was me who started the idea of fundraising for malaria in support of cheryl cole I am trying to organise a walk up mount snowdon in walse for the cause!
Malaria has been around for ages, with not just ‘ashy africans’ falling victim. If you book a holiday to any country affected you will be told what to do to protect yourself in form of medication and also precautions to take when your on holiday. It is not the norm to catch it these days.
There is nothing wrong with raising awareness for a good cause, but do it in Cheryl Cole’s name like she’s climbing the mountain herself is foolish. She’ll end up being some sickening charity ambassador for doing sweet fa, just like Jade Goody was for Cervical Cancer. Being a victim and helping vicitms are two different things. I am soooo sick of untalented cows like Cheryl Cole being treated like some saintly figure for what??
