R.Kelly has released the video to his new single Echo via Twitter. You would have thought that after the trial and the “not guilty” verdict that Kelly would continue to enjoy hit after hit. But the hit records have dried up, interest has cooled to an icy chill, and now he’s resorted to releasing a low budget video on Twitter. I’m sure there’s a good explanation for this though…. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?

I follow Chipmunk on Twitter and read his ‘suicidal’ tweets. I didn’t think he was being serious. I thought he was being overly dramatic for the sake of it. I was left shocked and confused last week when I discovered that two of the most influential individuals from within the ‘rich’, ‘glamorous’ and ‘progressive’ world of UK “Urban” entertainment blocked me from seeing their Twitter updates. When it finally sunk in that Britain’s self proclaimed no.1 comedian and the Head of a popular music channel had blocked me I was left shaken to the core. So shaken, that I still haven’t recovered. Via BBC News High-profile websites including Google, Facebook and Twitter have been targeted by hackers in what is described as a “massively co-ordinated attack”. Other sites such as the blogging platform Live Journal were also reportedly targeted. Twitter was taken offline for more than two hours whilst Facebook’s service was “degraded”, according to the firms.
