Last night (November 24th) the sophisticated Dirty Awards took place in Atlanta, Georgia and ended in violence and mayhem…. Radio One’s fourth annual Dirty Awards ended abruptly this evening when two separate altercations erupted reportedly between rapper Shawty Lo and members of the Grand Hustle camp tonight (November 24). An eye witness told AllHipHop.com that the tension between the two crews mounted during Shawty Lo’s performance, which included a diss version of Grand Hustle artist Yung LA’s song “Ain’t I.” As Lo performed his version […]

Photograph: WireImage/Lacroix Fomula One champion Lewis Hamilton was spotted out and about in Los Angeles last night, with his older sister..oops.. I mean girlfriend Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. But seriously they look like they could be siblings, and Lewis constantly looks like the cat who got the cream, over joyed to have nabbed a looker who sings, dances, wears next to nothing for a living and resembles himself.

Photo Source Thanks goes out to reader Cleo C for drawing this to my attention. UK rapper Pyrelli, who I always thought was already a some what established artist (he has been doing his thing for years now and enjoyed some success) has entered the Orange Unsigned Act, which is a nationwide competition to find the best unsigned musical talent in the UK. I am still surprised to hear that he has entered this competition. He is already relatively well known, so why does he need to get involved […]

I swear the “characters” within the world of Hip Hop/Rap music become more and more distasteful as each day passes. Former Dipset rapper/hype man/dancer Freakey Zekey (who is in his 30s!!!!!!) sits between two men and proceeds to show another man off camera how he likes to have sex with the “bitches”, by stimulating a particular sexual postion….. Watch from mark 0.00 – 0.25 (He really get’s in to it) and then he goes on to brag about sleeping with Lloyd Banks’ girlfriend (*rolls eyes*) Freaky should watch this footage back and feel […]

Ok.. I admit it… I’ve been a closet T.I fan for some time now – since he released ‘Rubberband Man’. I just love this. I listen to it before I set out for the plantation in the mornings. It gives me hope (lol) Rihanna isn’t the greatest vocalist in the world, we all know this, but she actually sounds good on this track.

Some folk have way too much time on their hands…. LOL! This is a fuss about nothing. Photograph: Kent News The X Factor’s Rachel Hylton upset fans by making a gangster-style gun salute on the show. Angry fans complained to ITV and TV watchdog Ofcom after seeing Rachel, 26, point her fingers at rival Daniel Evans when they were revealed to be in the sing-off against each other on the live results show on Saturday night. A source told the Daily Mirror: “Some viewers […]

GAY rights activists have accused the Metropolitian police of supporting homophobia by allowing Jamaican reggae star Bounty Killer to perform in London. Bounty Killer, real name Rodney Pryce, has been allowed by the Met Police to play at the Stratford Rex on Saturday, even though some of his songs call for gay people to be murdered. Gay rights campaigner Peter Tatchell said the police were guilty of “double standards” by allowing the gig to go ahead. He said: “The Metropolitan Police are hypocrites. They allow homophobic […]
