The BART police officer who fatally shot an unarmed man on an Oakland train platform and then refused to explain his actions to investigators was arrested Tuesday in Nevada on suspicion of murder, authorities said. This news story was brought to my attention two days ago, but I held off from watching the video footage. I could not face it up until now. 22 year old Oscar Grant III was shot dead by Oakland police on New Years Day in California, while laying face down and handcuffed on a train platform. Details leading up to his arrest and subsequent MURDER are still sketchy. JENNIFER HUDSON’S NEPHEW CONFIRMED AS BEING DEAD BOY FOUND IN SUV

Murdered: Julian King Chicago police have confirmed that a body found in an SUV is that of singer/actress Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew, Julian King. Hudson identified Julian’s body at the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office this afternoon. Reports say that Julian was shot twice in the head and suffered massive head trauma. Again my condolences go out to the Hudson family.  Rest In Peace Julian King.
