Last Thursday Mad News attended the The Industry Takeover – women in music seminar, showcase and open mic at Rich Mix in East London. Music artist Lioness, Chantelle Fiddy (Journalist/Contributing Editor, Rwd Mag), Annika Allen ( Editor-In-Chief of Flavour Magazine), Charmaine Hayden (Founder of Face4Music / Artist Manager), and Sarah Young (DJ/Stylist), made up the panel of successful ladies in music, and offered encouraging advice to those sitting in the audience eager to make their mark in the world of entertainment.
