REGGAE STAR VYBZ CARTEL SET TO APPEAR IN COURT TO FACE SECOND MURDER CHARGE

Vybz Kartel (real name Adidja Palmer) will appear in court today to face a second murder charge. Palmer is charged jointly with Kiro Jones alias ‘Ray Jones’, with the murder of Clive Williams.
