It seems that musician and wannabe politician Wyclef Jean is having a hard time accepting his rejection as a presidential candidate for Haiti’s November election. To cut a long story short Wyclef’s bid was rejected because the Haitian constitution requires candidates to have lived in the country for five years prior to an election. The former Fugees star hasn’t lived in the country for years and is therefore ineligible to run. Kimora Lee has announced via Twitter that she has parted ways with the Kellwood Corporation who now own Baby Phat/Phat Fashions. In 2004 Kimora’s  former husband Russell Simmons sold Phat Fashions into a partnership with clothing company Kellwood for $140 million, and Kimora later stayed on to become the President/Creative Director of Phat Fashions. WARNER BROS SUES OVER ‘HARRY POTTER’ CONDOMS

Via Digital Spy The makers of the Harry Potter movies are reportedly suing a Swiss prophylactic company over its ‘Harry Popper’ branded condoms. According to newspaper Bote, Warner Bros is taking legal action against the company, claiming that they are breaching copyright. SINGER FANTASIA BARRINO HOSPITALIZED AFTER SUSPECTED SUICIDE ATTEMPT

It’s been reported that American Idol star Fantasia Barrino has been hospitalized after attempting to commit suicide. “Police sources” say Barrino  was found in the closet of her home and later rushed to hospital, where she was hospitalized with “possible internal injuries” after “ingesting medication.” North Carolina police say the incident is still under investigation. Via BBC News A bridegroom in Turkey has accidentally killed three relatives while firing an AK-47 in celebration at his own wedding, Turkish media reported. The groom lost control of the weapon as he tried to fire in traditional celebration in the air at the ceremony in the village of Akcagoze in south-eastern Gaziantep province.
