I am probably the only one who thinks this… but every time I look at fugitive ‘terror suspect’ Mohammed Ahmed Mohamed I think he resembles mogul Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs. Somali-born Mohamed escaped the surveillance of British authorities after he cut off his electronic tag and slipped out of a London mosque wearing a burka last Friday. The WAKE UP calls just keep on coming folks! Last week it was reported that 19 year old African-American student Trayon Christian is suing department store Barneys for “allegedly” calling the police on him after he purchased a $350 designer belt in April. It was announced yesterday that Canadian smart phone giant Blackberry has made the decision to make 4,500 members of its staff redundant. Via The Huffington Post Canada BlackBerry says job cuts will help it halve its operating costs by June 1, 2014. It expects to post a loss of US$950 million to $995 million when it reports its second-quarter earnings next Friday. Bodyguard to the stars Norman Oosterbroek who died in Florida this year during an alleged break-in, was fired from his job protecting Jay Z and Beyoncé due to inappropriate behaviour. Oosterbroek who also worked for Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Nelson Mandela allegedly forced his way into a neighbour’s mansion naked, punched the resident and swallowed drugs, according to investigators. After billionaire mogul Oprah Winfrey revealed news of her encounter with a racist store assistant while out shopping in Zurich, Switzerland (click here to read all about the incident) the Swiss tourist board has now issued an apology to the star.
