Saint Louis rap star Nelly has been named the first ever spokesmodel for Sean John Underwear, it was announced today (July 28). Nelly will be featured in the Fall campaign promoting Sean John’s collection of underwear and loungewear. The midfielder was filmed on CCTV rummaging through the bags of £5.50-an-hour barmaids while team-mate Bradley Wright-Phillips allegedly stood by. CHINA DENIES BANNING BLACKS FROM BARS DURING BEIJING OLYMPICS

China’s Foreign Ministry has denied that they plan on banning blacks from going in to bars during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which kicks off next week. A statement posted on the ministry’s site said: “The report proved to be sheerly groundless as we checked with the Beijing Public Security Bureau. Beijing’s public security departments, including the Sanlitun police station, have never demanded that any bar stop serving customers from any region or country.” And my response to that is – We don’t believe you, you need more people.

Both women are accused of receiving tens of thousands of dollars in advances while failing to deliver the books they promised to write.
