10 year old Stella Akanbi Via BBC News Police searching for a 10-year-old girl who disappeared in the sea off an Essex beach believe they have found her body. Stella Akanbi, from Milton Keynes, had been playing with a friend in the sea in Clacton on Sunday afternoon when they got into trouble. USAIN BOLT SHATTERS 100 METRE WORLD RECORD IN 9.58 SECONDS
Usain Bolt of Jamaica shattered his own world record in the 100 meters dash on Sunday with a time of 9.58 seconds at the World Championships in Berlin. Bolt’s record was 11 tenths of a second faster than his previous world record of 9.69 seconds, which he set at last year’s Beijing Olympics.
