The founder/CEO of seminal Hip Hop label Sugar Hill Records has died of congestive heart failure. Sylvia Robinson founded the label in the 1970s and formed the group The Sugarhill Gang who later went on to release the first commercially successful Hip Hop single Rappers Delight in 1979.
