I have been holding off posting news about this story because I wanted to see how it would all unfold.

London nightclub DSTRKT and there self hating black male promoters were not ready for this!

Via The Voice News

A GROUP of young black women have taken on a high end West End nightclub after two members of their party were allegedly turned away for being “too fat” and “too dark”.

Details of the incident, which took place at DSTRKT on Saturday night (Sept 26), have been shared widely across social media.

It has prompted other black women to come forward with their own stories of discriminatory treatment at the hands of door staff.

The group of four women made their way to the nightclub on the understanding that their names were on the guest list and with the promise of a table.

Zalika Miller, 26, an up-and-coming actress from north London said: “Prior to us actually getting to the club, the [promoter] wanted pictures of the girls that my friend was going to bring. He basically said, if she was going to bring black girls then they’ve got to be of ‘a certain calibre’. She sent him pictures of me and another girl that was coming and I guess he gave his approval.”

After arriving at approximately 10.15pm, the young women were subjected to the scrutiny of an ambiguous door policy.

They claim a club employee at the door disappeared into the venue – where they have a video monitor – to verify whether someone can be ‘admitted’ into the club. Continue Reading….

The group were later denied entry in to the club.

Some of these late 80s/90s babies seriously need to WAKE UP. Why would these young attractive women still go to the club after the dunce rat promoter requested to see photographs first and then added that they couldn’t be too dark or overweight.  Why didn’t the alarm bells go off then?

When I first read about this incident I already guessed that the promoter was a black man. A self hating loser, only too happy to enforce his employer’s racist policies.

I have said this before and I will keep saying it, this type of nonsense has been happening for DECADES. We need to stop pushing up ourselves in to establishments WHO DO NOT WANT OUR CUSTOM! Have some dignity and self respect people.

Back in the day we had our own clubs, house parties or some shoobin located at the back of a barber shops (lol). But times have changed.

Anyway the story doesn’t stop there.

Thanks to black media outlets and the immense power of black Twitter (be afraid.. be VERY afraid), the story has gained traction and has gone mainstream. US media outlets have also picked up on the story.

Karrueche Tran

Karrueche Tran entering DSTRKT last night

Chris Brown’s former girlfriend Karrueche Tran was booked to appear at the club last night and after hearing about the incident said:

“It’s unfortunate to hear about something like that especially something that I’m part of. I’m half African-American too. I have godsisters and family who have darker skin as well. I don’t support any sort of discrimination. I love people for who they are.”

Karrueche ignored calls to boycott the club (See here) but was confronted by protesters (watch below courtesy of Chaka Bars).

Ahh @karrueche that hand at the back of your neck indicates that you were feeling #awkward lol @dstrktlondon you shouldn't have discriminated against black people when you make so much money from black people. Nah but on a real @karrueche whether or not you were contracted to go there, you're telling me you needed the money that much that you still had to go, even though you know that they are racist. My problem is this, most west end clubs are racist, that's why I don't go there. Yet black people go there week after week, popping bottles and throwing up money like we have made it. That's some dumb sh*t How many black people own clubs in the west end of London 🐸☕️ I'll wait. But you go there every week. I just went to support the sisters but I am not into begging for white validation, so I was there to boycott not to ask for change of policy. I only work with people who see me as equal. What music do they play in those clubs? Who do they pay to make appearances? Who do they refuse entry to regularly… What is understood doesn't need to be said. Although they will let a famous black footballer pay for a table but they didn't want to let the sister in because she was black and "too fat". The managers and promoters aren't acting crazy, it's just business as usual. The craziest thing is that they will take your money and invest it in their communities. That's right black people whilst you swing off the nuts of white supremacy and only spend your money with white businesses, they can do whatever the f*ck they want. And they do. Throughout history we have seen that marches don't work and neither does protests. Loss of finance is what they are scared of, tag a black person who you think should boycott all racist establishments… @lewishamilton didn't I see you sneaking in there 👀 happy birthday @chanteljeffries lol Real people aren't bothered about celebs who sell out their people for money. @terrolllewis SHELLING! @jryanjl ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼✊🏻✊ @balleralert @theshaderoominc

Karrueche and her team won’t forget this “London experience” in a hurry.

Motor racing superstar Lewis Hamilton was  also in attendance. This comes as no surprise (stand for nothing, fall for anything).

The backlash via social media and last night’s protest has drawn attention to clubs like DSTRKT and their racist policies that are enforced by ‘house negros’. I applaud the young women who stood up and refused to remain silent, but I also hope they pay attention to this wake up call and never return to that establishment again.

But what happens now?

Oh and to those of you who are currently “expressing” great concern for these women (and for the plight of black women in general), I see you and this old bird ain’t fooled.

  1. Black promoters, doormen and patrons of” team lighty”are a set of self hating ,dumb ,ignorant fools. Not only has social media exposed your house nigger mentality , its magnified your ignorant ass tripple fold . Go get life, read ,educate…Know thyself!!!!

  2. Can I ask if that picture is them outside the club? I mean if you go trying to get into a club looking like you’re on your way to the supermarket first thing in the morning then it’s not really surprising that you weren’t let in. I’m sure that the club does have a racist policy but complaining about it whilst looking as if you’ve just rolled out of bed isn’t really going to help your cause (only one person looks like she made any effort at all, fake eyelashes glued onto her face). Black people used to have standards of dress ie they always looked sharp and immaculate but now I guess throwing on the same rags you see everyone else wearing and plastering lipstick designed to plump up thin European lips onto your full lips in horrific colours that don’t suit you is the norm. Well done.
