UK SHORT FILM: ‘DAD IN A DAY’

Cousin’s Marcus Noble and Rakeem Noble (2Noble Entertainment) have come together to create the 36 minute short film Dad in a Day. BRITISH ACTOR/RAPPER ARNOLD OCENG LANDS HOLLYWOOD FILM ROLE, STARRING OPPOSITE REESE WITHERSPOON

UK NEWS: BOXER CURTIS WOODHOUSE RECEIVES APOLOGY FROM TWITTER TROLL LIVE ON ‘DAYBREAK’

Former footballer turned boxer Curtis Woodhouse received an apology live on television this morning from a Twitter troll. James O’Brien had been sending a series of abusive tweets for up to eight months to the boxer, but had to apologise after Woodhouse eventually snapped, tracked down O’Brien’s address details via his Twitter followers and drove to the troll’s home to discuss matters further. The final straw came when O’Brien called Woodhouse a “disgrace” after he lost his English light-welterweight title last week. Woodhouse drove from Hull to  Sheffield and tweeted a []

NEW POPE UNVEILED AS JORGE MARIO BERGOGLIO

Well folks we have a new Pope. The Daily Mail reports that the new Pope has been unveiled as Argentine  Jorge Mario Bergoglio, the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, who will take the name  Pope Francis I. ARTICLE OF THE DAY: ‘THE BIGGEST FALL FROM RACE’ – BY DOTUN ADEBAYO

Last month former footballer and anti-racism campaigner Paul Elliott (48) dramatically resigned from all his positions within the Football Association after it was revealed he called ex-Charlton player Richard Rufus a “nigger” during an argument over a failed business venture.  Click here to read all about it.
