Kanye West and Kim Kardashian visited sick children in a Los Angeles children’s hospital and made sure the paparazzi were there to take photographs of their time spent with the kids.

I am sure the children were happy to see Kanye (not sure about jancrow Kim).

They are both attention seeking duppies so I can’t help but question their motives here especially Kim’s.

Why couldn’t they visit these sick children in private? Why invite the paparazzi to tag along?

You have really hit a all time low if you have to resort to using sick children and the vulnerable to gain some good publicity.
