Oh dear it looks like the greatest vocalist of all time is in trouble.

Billboard reports that singer-songwriter Will Loomis is suing Jessie J for copyright infringement. Loomis accuses Jessie of using the track Bright Red Chords by his band Loomis & the Lust without his consent and using it for her hit single Domino.

His lawyer said in a statement,

“We look forward to obtaining an appropriate remedy from the court for this clear infringement.”
