JUMP OFF TV (UK DEBATE) – HAS THE TUPAC HOLOGRAM CHANGED THE FUTURE OF LIVE SHOWS?

Following the recent performance by Tupac at the Coachella Music Festival, the debaters got together for an exclusive sneak peek to see how the technology that brought the rapper ‘back to life’ works.  Sanj Surati from Musion Systems explains the process.

They then share some of their thoughts regarding the issue, share a stage with Will.i.am and discuss what effects all of this has on the future of live shows.

The following are a few of the issues and questions raised during the debate:

– How might performances by artists that have passed away be seen as offensive?
– What is Musion’s next step?
– Will holograms become a main feature in live shows?
– What was the motive behind the 2Pac hologram?

Your thoughts please…..

  1. I can understand holograms being used in movies or music videos, but not for live performances. It’s all cool and since it’s fresh, i am sure it is very exciting at the moment. But I would rather they hired a living person to show case their talent on such platforms and take it forward. I wonder how much a hologram costs though. But whatever.

  2. I can answer that last question and show you exactly what these holographic images are going to be used for in the future and anybody who believes that they are going to be primarily used for the benefit of the general public, I have a park to sell you in Switzerland. Sorry folks, gonna have to inject the bible in here. Matthew 24:24 reads:

24:24 For there shall arise FALSE Christs, and FALSE prophets, and shall shew GREAT SIGNS and WONDERS; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

This type of technology is simply going to be used to deceive the public. Last year a holographic image of a city was projected over water in China:

But remember what Christ stated in the next verse, Matthew 24:25 reads:

24:25 Behold, I HAVE TOLD YOU BEFORE.

So the book that people love to hate has given us a warning of seemingly miraculous visions, images and events taking place and the powers that be have also given us a clue as to how they will perform these “works”. Folks here also need to check out Project Bluebeam, this is most relevant information in light of the recent introduction to holographic images on a mass scale to the public. Let us also not forget the appearing of “Mary” recently over the skies of Africa:

Don’t get suckered in by this magic.

  3. I don’t know i guess i would have to see it in person to really give my opinion. In some ways i think its cool! Don’t know though
