A man has appeared in court accused of sending death threat texts to BBC Radio Hip Hop DJ Tim “Big Dawg” Westwood.

Hip-hop DJ Tim Westwood was bombarded with text messages from a man calling himself a ‘fan’.
The Radio 1 presenter, 53, was blitzed with messages from listener Mark Bulcock, 43. More than 100 texts that were sent by Bulcock – who has a conviction for theft – and police were called in to trace him after
