This Saturday (18th June) the ACLT (African Caribbean Leukemia Trust) will be holding their first donation recruitment drive for the year at the Choice FM head offices in Leicester Square. This is a particularly important drive as they are actively working to find life saving matched donors for a number of sufferers. ACLT (African Caribbean Leukemia Trust) founder Beverley De Gale has been awarded an OBE, after launching a campaign in 1996 and working tirelessly since then to recruit bone marrow donors after her son Daniel De Gale developed leukaemia.
