When I look at Chipmunk and read his posts via Twitter, I can just tell it’s all gone to his head. The guy has one of the biggest ego’s out there.
Yes as a rapper you’re supposed to have a certain air of confidence and swagger, but there is a limit. There are a few artists over here who just take it too far.
But I do take in to consideration that Chipmunk is in his teens and still has a lot to learn.
Anyway Superstar isn’t a bad track. Lyrically, I know that rappers have always bragged on wax but JEEZE!!!

this song is decent, I saw an interview with Chipmunk a short while ago and he was speaking about growing as an artist, being more mature with his content etc… and it seems like he is now more mature, I like the way he’s able to really express himself well to an extent I guess, in regards to his success and how he feels about it yadda yadda yadda, but his ego is MASSIVE, can’t blame youngin though, does he know any better??
I like it. def agree about the ego thing but like you said – he’s a young kid, who wouldn’t have an ego? Lyrically this is cool and I actually like the video too.
i like the song and Vid and as far as the huge ego. can only put that down to his age. but its good to know that his back on track as he had some personal things to deal with a lil while back
having a large ego is part of rap, I mean don’t most rappers boast about being the greatest? He’s a kid, he’ll grow. 🙂 The track is cool and the vid is cool

the track is good but the lyrics are repetitive tell me a damn story! I get it you want to be rich and a super star…
