Diddy and the equally annoying Ashton Kutcher hosted the 2009 White Party on Saturday (July 4th), in Los Angeles. I’m not quite sure what brought on this sudden interest in malaria but the party was “thrown to raise money for Malaria No More, a non-profit organisation geared towards ending Malaria in Africa”. I am a little late posting this news because its only just been brought to my attention. My mum passed on this story to me yesterday, after coming across it in The Jamaica Gleaner. UK NEWS: TWO CHILDREN DIE IN TOWER BLOCK FIRE

Via BBC News Two children have died and 30 people were rescued after a fire swept through a tower block in south-east London. The pair, a three-week-old baby and a seven-year-old, were caught up in the blaze at 12-storey Lakanal House on the Sceaux Gardens Estate in Camberwell.
