Sounds like a 419 scam.
Sometime back i think UNICEF or some organisation had published a book or magazine or whatever to be circulated in Ugandan schools inorder to teach children about sexuality including homosexuality and lesbiansim. It caused a stir among parents and some cabinet members who apparently had no knowledge of it. Apparently they want to educate people about gay relationships but they forget this is part of Africa, where it is abominable to go public even if it happens in single sexed schools, and there are some who are fighting for their rights. It has not got violent atleast.
Now MR. Lwere here (who i am sure that is not his name, and who in uganda uses the word “form”, we use “primary” three or “senior”, may be in international schools, and any one who goes to international schools comes from well off to do backgrounds), is trying to pull a fast one. And you know what, you get expelled from a school for being gay or engaging in gay sexual behaviour, so, he can try his trick on another blog. Not today. Hope to God he’s not my relative pulling this crap. He needs a few canes to get him off his bottom and go and work. LOL
