  1. Yeah, i read an extended paragraph version of this in the Metro today. Says summit about her next album paying homage to black nationalism and saying that the feds killed tupac and biggie.
    Just don’t know how to comment in all honesty.

  2. i could believe that if gangsta rap was made/developed by white racists. but it was started by black youth nwa the doc etc so why on earth would it ever have been a a ploy to convince black people to kill each other.

    maybe it does pay tribute to gang culture etc now.. but its complete shit to think that that it was a ploy made by black youth to convince other black people to kill each other.

    seen the talk of next album i guess that explains it, dumb pulling of the race card for album hype.

  3. yeah these are very interesting times for popular hip hop and r&b culture…i actually think that artists who never used to be that concerned about selling stereotypical myths to make money have all of a sudden had a change of heart about what they do. rather, they’ve had to go with the now popular consensus that their scene is pretty lame at present. if we start to see theses artists in dashikis and headwraps in the near futrue don’t be surpried…lol!
