After being detained by UK Immigration officials today for NO GOOD REASON, rapper Busta Rhymes has been released. Via The London Paper Busta Rhymes has been released after being barred from entering the UK today. His detention throwing plans for an anti-violence gig into chaos. Organisers of the gig were said to be considering Ludacris as his replacement. But Busta’s lawyer intervened and a High Court Judge agreed that the decision to detain was unlawful. READ This has been on the cards for about a year and a half now. I guess now it’s “official”. Well… this will be interesting. Actually this union could prove to be a successful one for Sway. He’s a grafter and will make it work. Unlike some UK artists I could mention (ahem.. ahem.. Wiley), who sign to majors/their subsidiaries and then head for the hills when it suddenly dawns on them that they will be expected to WORK!!!!
