TONI BRAXTON FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY AGAIN

Via BBC News Grammy-award-winning singer Toni Braxton has filed for bankruptcy for the second time, her lawyer has said. The 43-year-old has revealed she is in millions of dollars worth of debt after a heart condition forced her to cancel a series of shows in Las Vegas. BUJU BANTON CASE – JUDGE DECLARES MISTRIAL

A Florida judge has declared a mistrial for the Jamaican reggae star Buju Banton, who was accused of conspiring to buy cocaine from an undercover police officer last year. U.S. District Judge James Moody declared a mistrial after the 12-person jury sent him a second note on Monday saying they couldn’t reach a verdict.
