Rapper/singer Drake released his highly anticipated debut album Thank Me Later yesterday, and decided to throw a free concert in New York. However the concert was later cancelled when 25,000 people turned up and proceeded to lose their minds and acted the fool for no good reason. The crowd became unruly (fights broke out and rioting) which led to safety concerns. According to WABC in New York, the crowd for the concert, which also had the singing band of brothers Hanson on the bill, swelled to 25,000 people — more than double the […]
Major excitement! Overly-hyped rapper/singer Drake has finally released the video for his single Over. I LOVE the production on this track, but Drake isn’t a spectacular lyricist. They really are trying their hardest (his team) to brainwash the public in to believing that this man is the hottest artist out their right now. But it’s all LIES!!! And as for the video – what was that??? Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
Source ..And Rolling Stone continues to entertain the ridiculous in 2010….
More performances will be posted late….
…And people wonder why the label keeps pushing Lil Wayne’s forthcoming rock inspired album’s release date back. It wouldn’t surprise me if they decide to shelve The Rebirth. The is a classic example of a hugely successful mediocre artist thinking he/she can do anything and get away with it, simply because of who they are. A word of advice Weezy, stay in your lane you silly little FOOL! A label executive with sense should grab that guitar from Weezy and smash it to pieces. Your thoughts please. Hit […]
Just when you think it can’t get any worse…….. Via Rhymes With Snitch Lil Wayne will play the voice of Jesus Christ in an animated special on the Cartoon Network. ‘The Return of Freaknik’, based on the infamous Atlanta HBCU spring break picnic of the same name, stars Lil Wayne as Christ and T-Pain as the Spirit of Freaknik. David Banner and several other artists are also featured. I don’t know whether to laugh or cry…..
Mad News Verdict: Not bad Chris…… I will ignore Lil Wayne. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
R&B/Rap’s great light skinned hope Drake, fell on stage during a performance last night. This is pretty bad because Drake was already suffering from a severe leg injury, so the pain experienced last night must have been excruciating. Get well soon.
Lil Wayne and Drake perform at the BET Awards. Photograph: WireImage What made them think that this slackness would be seen as acceptable? Via Allhiphop BET has expressed remorse over a performance by Lil Wayne, Drake and Young Money Records that involved underage girls during songs “Best I Ever Had” and “Every Girl.” The songs, which have overt sexual references, were performed during the Sunday BET Awards ’09 show as a bevy of young girls danced on stage. The group of girls consisted of Lil […]
UK “singing sensation” Jay Sean signed to Cash Money Records last year, and ‘Down’ is his debut single release since joining Baby and co. I haven’t been able to listen to the track yet so have no choice but to reserve judgement until I do so. But In the meantime your thoughts please. Is it a hit or a miss? [Thanks Miss V]
