UK TV NEWS: NEW BRITISH-NIGERIAN CHARACTER SET TO JOIN EASTENDERS

Actress Modupe Adeyeye will make her debut on BBC soap Eastenders this coming Tuesday playing Faith Olubunmi, the younger sister of Merci Olubunmi (played by Bunmi Mojekwu) who was written out of the show earlier this year. The newcomer will also appear in EastEnders online spin-off E20. Congratulations Modupe – good luck. And let’s just hope there isn’t another random deportation storyline in the works. UK TV: EASTENDERS PRODUCERS DECIDE TO NOT FEATURE E20 CAST MEMBER ON MAIN SHOW

   Eastenders online spin off Eastenders: E20 is currently being screened online throughout January, and the only cast member who hasn’t made the transition from the online spinoff to the main BBC 1 soap is surprise surprise, actress  Bunmi Mojekwu.
