Earlier this week Dizzee Rascal blasted BBC Radio 1 in a series of tweets for not playlisting his latest single Love This Town and removing Something Really Bad from their playlist. Click here to read all about it. After years of enjoying huge success and lounging at the top of the radio playlist, Dizzee it seems is no longer a corporate darling. Just wanna apologise to my fans for my bad language the other day. Everyone else can still suck my Dick! #thefifth — Dizzee Rascal (@DizzeeRascal) November 8, […]

Last night Dizzee Rascal blasted BBC Radio 1 in a series of tweets for not playlisting his latest single Love This Town and removing Something Really Bad from their playlist. Dizzee tweeted: “Who ever does Radio 1 playlist suck my d**k! I’m tired of you C**ksuckers you better stop playing me. Make up your f**king minds!!!” “I’m tired of putting up with these 2 faced pricks at Radio 1! If anyone’s got a problem let me know. All this nice guy s**t’s dead!” “F**k […]

I don’t know how I feel about this track. But it is different and for once Dizzee isn’t spitting over a Techno/Dance beat. That’s a nice change for him. As for D Double E… I don’t know what to think…. Haha. What does Bluku Bluku mean? Your thoughts please? Hit or Miss?

Via The Daily Mail Dizzee Rascal (real name Dylan Kwabena) was hauled off a plane at Heathrow yesterday for allegedly hurling abuse at a stewardess – and now he could face a life ban from British Airways. The rapper is said to have hurled foul-mouthed insults at the stewardess as he sat in First Class. He had been on his way to Portugal to the Optimus Alive! festival, where Coldplay and Foo Fighters were also on the bill, but as a result […]

Pop Dash reports that writers from the hit Channel 4 show the Inbetweeners have expressed interest in writing a new comedy series starring Dizzee Rascal. A “source” apparently told tabloid rag The Sun (who seem to be huge “supporters” of any and everything “URBAN” these days) Damon and Iain like the idea of making a funny show about a rapper. Urban artists are usually portrayed in negative or bleak circumstances but they want to do something different. Dizzee is a big personality with loads of charisma and […]

Photo Source. Last night I tuned into Sky 1 and watched the “innovative” new show Must Be The Music. Must Be The Music is basically The X-Factor but on a smaller budget, with rapper Dizzie Rascal, singer Sharleen Spiteri and singer/pianist Jamie Cullum fulfilling the roles as “our expert judges”. Dizzie, Sharleen and Jamie are on a search to find the best NEW music act in Britain and Ireland, and are looking for NEW acts of all ages, sizes and styles. I have typed the word […]

For those who care…. it’s Mercury Prize time again folks! Singer Corrine Bailey Rae and Dizzie Rascal have both received Mercury Prize nominations, alongside “Modfather’ Paul Weller (he seems so up himself) and Biffy Cyflo (who?). Last year Speech Debelle took home the Mercury Prize and then promptly disappeared after THIS embarrassing incident. *Note: A Mercury win is supposed to boost sales and the artist’s profile. But that didn’t happen in Speech’s case. * Then she later quit her label blaming them for her poor album sales. According to Digital Spy, to date her winning […]

Check out Dizzee Rascal’s new track ‘Holiday’. Dizzee has gone so far over to the other side (mainstream) that I fear he won’t be able to come back! BUT I actually like this track. I’ve always been a bit of a dance/rave head at heart (lol) And I see you Goldie! Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
