The UK Film council reports that highly anticipated “URBAN” films ‘SKET’ and ‘Demons Never Die’ pulled in the following figures (October 28th weekend gross). ‘Demons Never Die’ opened in 121 cinemas and has grossed £29,464 to date. ‘SKET’ opened in 66 cinemas and has grossed £70,299 to date. Check Dionne Bromfield’s new single Ouch featuring rapper Mz Bratt, taken from up and coming “urban” horror flick Demons Never Die soundtrack. [Thanks Noir] …. I like Dionne, she’s a strong vocalist and the song isn’t bad. However the song could have done without the bars. Nothing against Mz Bratt but I have said it before and I will say it again not every UK “Urban” song needs to feature a rapper. It’s just not necessary. Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?

This film was originally titled Suicide Kids but has since undergone a few changes including a name change. Demons Never Die stars Ashley Walters, Robert Sheehan, X-Factor/N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos and BBC Radio/TV presenter Reggie Yates. Demons Never Die will be released nationwide on October 28th. The forthcoming UK film Suicide Kids starring Robert Sheehan, Ashley Walters and N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos is dead! Okay perhaps that’s a slight exaggeration – there has just been a name change. Suicide Kids was supposed to be released on June 10th and for the past 5 months leading up to that date the makers released a countless stream of mini promo videos featuring a bunch of known faces and randoms each listing their three reasons to live.
