For the last week or so the news that rapper Rick Ross was actually a correctional officer back in the 1990s, and not in fact a major cocaine trafficker, has been blowing up all over the Internet. I saw the pictures of him posing in his uniform but held off from posting the news because he claimed that the pictures were photo-shopped (hmmmm) and that they were being circulated by folk who are jealous of his success in the rap world….
