UK MUSIC: WRETCH 32 – BORN WINNER

‘Born Winner’ is taken from Wretch’s new mixtape ‘Wretch32.com’. Erm… “Wizzy Wow” ?????? Anyway…. Lyrical Content and Flow –  Wretch is OK. I’ve heard a lot worse. Production – It’s decent. I like the beat. Image – UK male artists (rappers in particular) seriously need to develop close business relationships with fashion houses, stylists, barbers and nutritionists. Your thoughts please. VIDEO: USHER’S NBA ALL STAR 2010 INTRODUCTION PERFORMANCE

Usher doesn’t really look like himself……… something is a little off… I think Gyant over at Gyantunplugged sums it up best when he says.. Too bad, dude was looking more like Bobby Brown performing “My Prerogative”  circa 2002 — and just so we’re clear that wasn’t a compliment. UK MUSIC: SABRINA WASHINGTON – OMG (OH MY GOSH)

Former Mis-Teeq front woman Sabrina Washington is back on the music scene with her debut single OMG (Oh My Gosh). I think Sabrina looks great in the video, but the person responsible for the entire look of the video and it’s concept doesn’t seem to have an original bone in his/her body. As for OMG… I love a good Pop track but sadly this isn’t one. Sabrina is actually a strong vocalist who should be showing off her abilities on a well produced/superior track.  OMG will be officially released on the []

Check the debut single ‘ Friday Night’ from new female Hip Hop trio Daddy’s Girls. ‘Friday Night’ isn’t really my cup of tea but I can see it being a hit with young girls (12-16 year old demographic). Your thoughts please. Hit or Miss?
